Our offerings
Individual Therapy
Online or in-person, individual therapy offers a confidential, compassionate space to explore your inner world, process painful experiences, and reconnect with your sense of self. Whether you’re struggling with overwhelming emotions, feeling disconnected from your body, or trying to build a more compassionate relationship with yourself and others, individual therapy can support you in moving toward greater clarity, resilience, and wholeness. Together, we’ll create a space that honors your pace, your values, and your inner wisdom—supporting deep, sustainable change from the inside out.
Group Session
Group therapy is a powerful space for healing, connection, and growth. In these groups, individuals come together in a therapist-facilitated setting to explore emotions, relationship patterns, and personal experiences in the presence of others who are also doing deep inner work.
Unlike psychoeducational groups, process groups are less about learning what to do and more about discovering how we relate—to ourselves, to others, and to the parts of us that carry pain, protect us, or seek belonging. Group members often explore themes such as trauma, body image, eating disorders, dissociation, and relational struggles in real time, with the therapist guiding the group toward deeper insight, emotional safety, and authentic interaction.
We use principles from Internal Family Systems (IFS), Somatic Experiencing (SE), and EMDR-informed approaches to support each group member’s experience. The process group becomes a kind of microcosm—a place to notice what shows up in relationships, express previously unspoken emotions, and receive support and reflection in a safe and contained environment.
Over time, group work can foster greater self-awareness, reduce isolation, and build more meaningful, connected relationships—with others and with yourself.

Meal Support Session
Online or in-person a meal support session is a therapeutic experience designed to help individuals with eating disorders navigate the challenges of eating in a supportive, structured environment. Led by a licensed therapist or registered dietitian (RD) trained in eating disorder treatment, these sessions offer emotional guidance and practical support before, during, and after a meal or snack.
The goal is not just to eat, but to work through the thoughts, emotions, and behaviors that make eating difficult. This may include addressing anxiety around food, challenging disordered beliefs, practicing mindful eating, and reinforcing normalized eating patterns. The therapist or RD helps the client stay present, regulate distress, and process what comes up in real time—creating space for healing and new experiences with food.
Meal support sessions are often part of a broader treatment plan and can take place one-on-one or in a group setting. Over time, these sessions help reduce fear, build trust in the body, and support the recovery process by making eating feel safer, more manageable, and more connected.
Couple/Family Session
Relationships are central to our well-being, yet they can also be a source of pain, disconnection, and misunderstanding—especially when impacted by trauma, eating disorders, or patterns rooted in past experiences. Couples and family therapy offers a supportive space to explore these dynamics, improve communication, and rebuild trust and connection.
In our work together, we’ll focus on creating safety within the relationship while helping each person feel seen, heard, and understood. Whether you’re navigating conflict, supporting a loved one through recovery, or working through long-standing relational patterns, these sessions are designed to foster healing—not just for the individual, but for the relationship itself.
Our approach draws on Internal Family Systems (IFS), Somatic Experiencing (SE), and trauma-informed care, which allows us to explore how each person's inner world affects how they relate to others. Sessions may involve slowing down reactive cycles, increasing emotional attunement, and supporting nervous system regulation within the relational context.
Couples and family sessions can be an important part of the healing process, especially when working with issues like eating disorders, trauma, dissociation, or attachment wounds. Together, we’ll create a space that allows for honesty, repair, and the possibility of deeper connection.
