Nurturing What’s Next: Nurtari’s New Home in Kirkwood
We’re excited to share that Nurtari is moving to a new, larger home at 123 W. Clinton Place, Suite 200, in Kirkwood, Missouri.
This move represents more than a change of address. It reflects the continued growth of Nurtari and our vision for what integrated, whole-person care can look like—for our clients, our team, and the community around us.
More Space for More Ways to Support You
At Nurtari, we believe healing rarely happens by addressing one part of a person in isolation. Our mission is rooted in helping people nurture all the parts of themselves—emotional, physical, relational, and beyond.
Our growing team allows us to support clients across different stages of life and through a variety of needs. In our new Kirkwood office, Nurtari will continue to offer individual therapy for adults, therapy for children and adolescents, couples therapy, and nutritional counseling with a registered dietitian.
Our therapists support clients navigating concerns including trauma, anxiety, depression, eating disorders and disordered eating, body image, grief, relationship challenges, identity development, life transitions, and more. For children and adolescents, therapy provides a supportive space to navigate emotions, relationships, self-esteem, anxiety, grief, eating concerns, and the challenges that can come with growing up.
Couples therapy creates space to better understand relationship patterns, strengthen communication, work through conflict, and build deeper connection.
Our nutritional counseling services complement this work by recognizing the important relationship between emotional and physical well-being. Through compassionate, trauma-informed nutrition care, clients can receive individualized support for their relationship with food and their bodies, as well as broader nutrition and wellness concerns.
Having these services within one practice creates opportunities for our clinicians and dietitian to collaborate when appropriate, helping clients experience care that feels more connected rather than fragmented.
A Space Designed to Feel Like Home
We have designed Nurtari to feel warm, calming, and welcoming—a space where you can settle in, exhale, and feel a little more at ease.
From the colors and lighting to the furniture, textures, and layout, our intention has been to create an environment that encourages you to honor your body and what it needs. You’ll find spaces to sit, move, get comfortable, and choose what feels supportive to you rather than feeling like there is one “right” way to be in the room.
We know that our surroundings can influence how we feel. That is why we wanted Nurtari to feel less clinical and more like a place where you can feel at home—a space that supports connection, curiosity, comfort, and being fully yourself.
The environment reflects the same philosophy that guides our care: you are more than one part of your story, and all parts of you deserve to be welcomed and nurtured.
A Space Designed for What's Next
Our new Kirkwood location provides something we have been wanting for Nurtari: room to grow beyond the traditional therapy office.
The larger space gives us room to expand our team and services while also creating opportunities to host events, educational programs, professional gatherings, workshops, and other community-based offerings.
We envision Nurtari becoming not only a place where clients receive care, but also a place where professionals who share our commitment to whole-person wellness can come together, exchange ideas, learn from one another, and collaborate.
That may mean partnering with therapists, dietitians, physicians, schools, and other healthcare and community professionals; creating educational opportunities; or developing new ways to connect our clients with resources that support their overall well-being.
Building Community Around Whole-Person Wellness
Mental health does not exist separately from our bodies, relationships, environments, nutrition, experiences, or communities. We want our new home to reflect that understanding.
Our goal is to continue building relationships with professionals throughout Kirkwood and the greater St. Louis community who share a similar vision for compassionate, trauma-informed, whole-person care.
We are excited about the possibilities this creates—not only for Nurtari, but for the clients, families, clinicians, healthcare professionals, and community partners we have the privilege of working alongside.
A New Home, the Same Mission
While our space is changing, the heart of Nurtari remains the same.
We will continue to provide thoughtful, individualized care grounded in the belief that every person deserves space to understand themselves more deeply, reconnect with their needs, strengthen their relationships, and build a more compassionate relationship with themselves.
Our new location simply gives us more room to live out that mission—and more opportunities to create a community where people can feel supported in nurturing all the parts of who they are.
